How The System Works
Collection
Plastic waste enters via community drops or kiosks. Items are weighed and logged in real-time, using reverse vending to drive participation through incentivized collection.
Sorting
Advanced AI optics and robotics separate plastics by type: HDPE, PP and PET. Information from the data tracking system reports accurate weight and type of each in real-time.
Processing
Materials are shredded into high-quality flakes, then cleaned for transformation into sustainable building materials. This refined output is prepared for specialized manufacturing, local use or distribution to buyers.
Manufacturing
Flake is extruded into durable lumber, tiles, and pavers. These materials create a circular economy by diverting waste from landfills and the environment.
